All sales are final unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
Your name
A clear photo of the item
A clear photo of the packaging, if damaged
A brief description of the issue

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for review, items must be unworn, unused, and in the condition received.

Items must not show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.

If the return is approved because we sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged, we may cover the return shipping cost or provide further instructions.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Items damaged after delivery
Items showing signs of wear or use
Orders with incorrect shipping information entered by the customer
Buyer’s remorse
Final sale items
Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be guaranteed for cancellation after they are placed.

If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

FiftyFiftyBoyz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been handed to the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
