ELIGIBILITY To be eligible for review, items must be unworn, unused, and in the condition received. Items must not show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse. RETURN SHIPPING Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by an error on our part. If the return is approved because we sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged, we may cover the return shipping cost or provide further instructions.
